The housing services that South Essex Homes provide are regularly tested by residents who are trained in Mystery Shopping.
The Resident Involvement Team with the assistance of our Super Shoppers carries out training sessions for residents wishing to become Mystery Shoppers and who then sign up with a commitment to carry out agreed tasks and feedback at briefing sessions.
Feedback from the Mystery Shoppers is sent to Senior Managers who discuss with them with the relevant Section Managers so that the service can be improved.
It has been found that Mystery Shopping has proved to be a success and to further improve the service South Essex Homes offers to its residents a team of Super Shoppers were introduced.
