We are committed to improving our services. We can do this is by listening and putting things right if somebody makes a complaint, or by listening to your suggestions on how we can improve. And when you send us a compliment, this lets us know that we are getting things right.

Although we will not be able to satisfy everyone who complains we make sure that our officers deal with all complaints sympathetically and helpfully. Please talk to us if you are not happy with any of our services. You should first contact the member of staff who provided the service. If you are still not happy, you can raise the matter with a more senior member of staff.
