This section gives you information about repairs to your Southend Borough Council home.  By simply clicking on pictures of the items that you wish to report, you tell us about your repairs from the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you, alternatively you can also email us please click here.
You can now also text your repairs to South Essex Homes. Simply include your name, address and details of your repair to 07771 765210.
For most repairs that you are likely to ever need, the new improved reporting allows you to click on pictures rather than having to think of how to describe the repair. But you can still add your own words to the picture if you wish to.
You can still report repairs to us in all the usual ways. If you would like to report a repair please contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0800 833 160. Please use this telephone number if you have an emergency repair out of hours – please note that the message initially informs the caller that the office is closed, but then continues to provide information on how to report an emergency repair .
Also our reception at Cheviot House, Baxter Avenue, is open Monday-Friday 8.30-5.00.
Repairs to your home are mainly carried out by Kier on behalf of South Essex Homes. We are working together to put South Essex Homes residents first.
