This section gives you information about repairs to your Southend Borough Council home.
 By simply clicking on pictures of the items that you wish to report, you tell us about your repairs from the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you or you can email us please click here.
For most repairs that you are likely to ever need, the new improved reporting allows you to click on pictures rather than having to think of how to describe the repair. But you can still add your own words to the picture if you wish to.
You can still report repairs to us in all the usual ways. If you would like to report a repair please contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0800 833 160. Please also use these telephone numbers if you have an emergency repair out of hours.
