The Customer Contact Centre deals with all Housing, rent and repair enquires at the first point of contact. If the Customer Contact Team are unable to resolve your enquiry, your call or case will be transferred to the appropriate Specialist Team to help you.
The Reception at our office at Cheviot House, 70 Baxter Avenue is open Monday-Thursday 8.30-5.00 and Friday 8.30 - 4.45pm for any enquiries and leaflets.
