This section of our website provides you with information about our customer services, support for our Residents and how to contact us.

The Customer Contact Centre deals with all Housing, rent and repair enquires at the first point of contact.  If the Customer Contact Team are unable to resolve your enquiry, your call or case will be transferred to the appropriate Specialist Team to help you. 

The Reception at our office at the Civic Centre in Victoria Avenue is open Monday-Thursday 8.30-5.00 and Friday 8.30 - 4.45pm for any enquiries and leaflets.
