Normal repairs service resumes

As Covid restrictions ease, our repairs service is now beginning to return to normal.

We are now resuming our normal routine repairs service, however, please bear with us whilst we make this transition in order that we can catch up with the backlog of repairs.  We appreciate your patience at this difficult time.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms and are due to see a member of our team please advise us as soon as possible, so that we can re-arrange your appointment

If you need to report a repair, please consider doing so via email to sehcustomerservices@seh.southend.gov.uk or on Messenger via the South Essex Homes Facebook page.

When you contact us, please include the following information in your message:

  • Your Name
  • Your address
  • Your contact phone number
  • Your email address
  • Location of the repair
  • Full details of the repair
  • Any dates/times you wouldn’t be at home for a repairs appointment
  • Please confirm that no one in your household currently has Covid or is self-isolating
